1. About warrier.ai

warrier.ai is an editorial and analytical publication focused on deepfakes, disinformation, fraud & deception, narrative warfare, synthetic media, platform manipulation and information integrity. warrier.ai publishes free and paid content, including but not limited to Briefings, Dossiers, Case Files and related editorial material.

2. Eligibility

By using warrier.ai, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use warrier.ai on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Memberships and Paid Access

warrier.ai offers paid membership access to certain restricted or premium content.

3.1 Membership Plans

warrier.ai currently offers one membership tier with the following pricing:

• CHF 24 per month
• CHF 240 per year

Pricing may be changed in the future at our discretion. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect the billing period already paid for.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Terms.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise the recurring billing of the applicable membership fee to your chosen payment method unless and until your membership is cancelled.

3.3 Billing and Payment

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the plan selected by you at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information and for keeping your payment details up to date.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to member-only content until payment has been successfully completed.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account, your subscription management settings, or by contacting us where applicable. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for, and it will not renew after that period ends.

3.5 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, membership fees are generally non-refundable. warrier.ai may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund, credit or other adjustment in individual cases, including in the event of an accidental duplicate charge or clear billing error.

4. Free Content and Members-Only Content

warrier.ai may make some content available publicly and other content available only to members. We reserve the right to determine, modify, restrict or remove access to any content, service or feature at any time without notice.

A public preview of a Briefing, Dossier or Case File does not entitle a user to access the restricted or members-only sections of that content unless the user has an active paid membership.

5. Personal Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, warrier.ai memberships and content access are for your personal, non-transferable use only. You may not share your login credentials, provide access to third parties, or use a single membership account for multiple users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, abused or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Restrictions

All content on warrier.ai, including but not limited to text, analysis, graphics, layouts, visual assets, branding, logos, editorial structure, downloadable materials and members-only content, is owned by warrier.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted by law or by our prior written consent, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of warrier.ai content
• commercially exploit or resell access to warrier.ai content
• systematically scrape, archive, mirror or extract content from the website
• remove copyright, attribution or proprietary notices
• create derivative products or publications based primarily on warrier.ai members-only content

Reasonable quotation with appropriate attribution may be permitted where legally allowed, provided it does not substitute for the original content or undermine the value of the paid service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use warrier.ai:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
• to interfere with or disrupt the website, its hosting, payment systems or security mechanisms
• to attempt unauthorised access to restricted content, user accounts or administrative systems
• to distribute malicious code, spam or harmful material through the website
• to use automated tools, bots or scraping systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service or bypasses access controls

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms.

• payment for your membership fails and is not resolved
• we are required to do so for legal, operational or security reasons

Where appropriate, termination of a paid membership will take effect at the end of the current paid period unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect the service, our rights or other users.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, warrier.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the website will be free from errors, bugs, malware or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, warrier.ai and its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, warrier.ai.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website, membership services or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid to warrier.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
